Aashman Foundation’s Women Empowerment initiative focuses on transforming the lives of single income family widows, and women from low-income communities by equipping them with skills, opportunities, and emotional strength. Our goal is to help women move from dependence to dignity, and from vulnerability to empowerment. Through structured training programs, livelihood support, and continuous mentoring, we ensure that women not only learn skills but also gain the confidence to use them for sustainable income.

Key Components of Our Women Empowerment Program
1. Skill Development & Vocational Training
We conduct regular training sessions to help women gain employable and entrepreneurial skills, including:
Tailoring & stitching

Embroidery & textile work
Basic computer literacy
Beauty & wellness training (in selected areas)
Home-based micro-entrepreneurship training

2. Financial Literacy & Economic Readiness
Empowerment is incomplete without financial awareness. Our finance modules teach women:
Basics of savings
Budgeting & expense management
Opening and operating bank accounts
Understanding government schemes
Small business planning
Pricing & selling of products
This equips women to manage their earnings confidently and independently.
3. Livelihood Support & Income Generation
After training, women receive:

4. Emotional Strengthening & Confidence Building
